The food seems to be the same quality as every other Noodles & Company I’ve been to. However, I have ordered multiple times for items to be prepared incorrectly, missing vegetables from the dish, I’ve had drinks missing from delivery orders, and today I was missing an entree and a dessert from my order. I called the store to be told it was definitely the delivery driver who took my items. I said the bag hadn’t been tampered with and based on the utensils it simply looked like items were forgotten. I will either need someone to deliver the food or I will need a refund. The Manager told me they can’t deliver the food and because I ordered through the Noodles & Co website (not the app, not a third party) that they can’t issue me a refund. Well - there is no where on the website to request a refund - so I’ve now submitted a survey and submitted a contact form. Having worked with many POS systems in food service, the website ordering should be fully integrated with their POS to allow for transactions to managed - especially given this is a national chain and not a mom and pop shop. Anywho, the food is fine for the money, but based on my multiple experiences there is a high probability

I always love the food here. I get the same thing every single time, so I can only say it about the crispy chicken bacon alfredo but its on point. For some reason though this time my bowl didnt have any spinach whatsoever and thats one of my favorite parts. I will say I gave it 4 stars because for the price (almost $15) I wish my bowl was completely full. Other than that, its great!

Haven't been to noodles in a while so I stopped in for lunch and decided to try their Japanese pan noodles. When I got home and opened it I was completely disappointed. I ordered a small but the container barely had anything in it. I paid $4 to add tofu and got five small pieces. The worst part though was that everything was completely burnt and inedible.

I’ve been here 3 times now for a salad and they are DELICIOUS!! Who would have thought they had salads and they taste great! Super friendly staff every time I’ve been in. Highly recommend! This time I got the Mediterranean chicken salad. YUM! So very tasty!
